1. Registration Deadline: Registration for the summer camp will close on June 21st. Places will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Accepting Terms and Conditions: By submitting the registration form and making the payment to the camp, parents agree and understand the terms and conditions of the camp.
3. Payment: After completing the registration form and paying the 25% deposit, families will receive a final payment form. The remaining balance must be paid by June 19th.
4. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests are accepted up to two months before the camp start date, until April 30th. Refunds will be issued, deducting the non-refundable registration fee (25% of the total amount).
After April 30th, cancellations will only be considered with a medical certificate confirming the child is unfit to attend. No refunds will be granted after this date.
CODE OF CONDUCT:
As an extension of our school's values, our Summer Camp promotes a culture of respect, responsibility, and safety. Campers are expected to adhere to the following guidelines:
Use of Mobile Phones: Mobile phones must not be used during Camp activities and will be handed in before bedtime and securely stored to enable a great nights sleep.
Campus Boundaries: Leaving the campus without permission is prohibited.
Drug Policy: Possession or consumption of drugs will result in immediate expulsion from the Summer Camp.
Alcohol Policy: Possession or consumption of alcohol will result in immediate expulsion from the Summer Camp.
Smoking: Smoking, on or off campus, is strictly forbidden.
Theft: Theft is not tolerated. Campers are advised to use provided safes for valuables.
Property Damage: Damages requiring replacement or repairs will be charged to parents.
Visitation Rules: Parents must notify management before visiting. Entering school buildings without permission is prohibited.
Gender Separation: Boys and girls may not visit each other's rooms.
Failure to adhere to rules may result in expulsion. Parents are responsible for any damage caused by their children.
TRAVEL AND VISA INFORMATION (only applicable to international residential campers)
Visa Requirements: It is the responsibility of parents to ensure the camper obtains the necessary visas. Once a visa invitation letter is sent, the deposit payment becomes non-refundable.
Travel Arrangements: Travel information must be provided before May 1st, including evidence of a booked return flight.
Travel Insurance: Campers are advised to obtain travel insurance covering all potential risks associated with overseas travel.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona.
