Congratulations to the Class of 2025 on their graduation

One of the most powerful moments came with the student speeches. Mar F. and Emma N., representing the IB class, stood with confidence and grace. They spoke with honesty about the challenges they had faced and the strength they found in each other. "Maybe we didn’t always feel strong," they said, "but we never really gave up." Their words were emotional and deeply inspiring.

Ona P. and Júlia P., speaking for the Bachillerato Nacional group, offered warm, thoughtful reflections. They honoured the laughter, tears, and friendships that shaped their journey. As they beautifully said, "They say the best is yet to come, but before we look ahead, we take one more moment to stay here – in this moment, with these people, with everything we've lived through."

Our School Principal, Sarah Osborne-James, shared wise and uplifting words as well. She spoke about courage, growth, and the power of kindness. Her message to the graduates was clear and powerful: “Go out and make your mark. Be bold, be brilliant – but above all, be kind.” Her voice echoed with pride as she added, “We are incredibly proud of you, and we cannot wait to see the impact you will make in the world.”

Then came the joyful moment everyone was waiting for. One by one, our graduates stepped forward to receive their diplomas surrounded by clapping, cheers, and proud, tearful smiles.

This chapter may be closing, but the love, memories, and friendships made at Hamelin-Laie will last a lifetime.

We couldn’t be prouder of this remarkable group. We wish each of our graduates a future full of happiness, success, and discovery.  We’re excited to see what you’ll do next!
